2020年的疫情影响了整个世界。经济，工作，生活...原本的计划几乎被推翻重来。到后疫情的现在，人们日常仿佛逐步走上正轨，但是从工作方式，到购物消费，到娱乐社交，都已出现了新的变化。

疫情在全球范围内造成了巨大的社会和经济不确定性。随着全球大流行，逐渐颠覆的传统商业模式也让很多在其中的人们不得不开始“自我革新”；自由创业者在经济高度缩水的情况也是重重困难；新型行业的蓬勃发展，带来的是更重的职场压力和强劲的竞争；

COVID-19 affects the entire world. Economy, jobs, life... The original plan was almost reversed and started again. In the post-epidemic era, people's Daily life seems to be gradually on the right track. However, no matter it is about working, shopping, entertainment or socials, new changes have taken place.

The outbreak has created enormous social and economic uncertainty around the world. As the global pandemic gradually overturns traditional business models, people in these industries have to start "self-innovation"; Facing the highly shrinking economy, entrepreneurs are plodding along. The fast development of high-tech industries brings more pressure and strong competition;

SheLeads精英女性导师计划是什么？

What is it?

精英女性导师计划旨在将导师制的概念推广到当地社群，激励更多职场女性, 并为其打造嫁接各行职场精英的资源网。这个项目不仅能让女性在安全舒适的环境中分享专长，互相学习，而且有助于职场女性的赋能。

SheLeads Empowering Female Mentorship program aims to introduce the concept of mentorship to the local community. We build a network, specifically for women, run by women that forsters both positive relationships and mutual learning. This program will not only enable women to share their expertise, learn from each other and problem solve in a safe and comfortable environment, but also helps emphasize the role of females in professional careers.

架构 Framework

三个月 Three Months

3个月的指导建立起指导者和被指导者之间宝贵的伙伴关系，同时能够结交许多来自相似领域或者拥有相同目标的小伙伴们。

A valuable relationship between the mentor and mentees is expected to develope during a three-month long commitment of mentorship.

1 VS 3

每一位导师将会配对3-4位学员，与学员一同制定短期目标，并对具体职业或人生规划问题提供针对性指导。

Every mentor will pair with three - four mentees, set a short-term goal together, and offer guidance and advice over specific issues.

面对面 Face to Face

创造一个对女性安全并且舒适的环境，导师和学员间可面对面直接的自由讨论专业和/或个人发展计划。

A female-friendly environment is created for mentees to meet face to face regularly with their mentors to discuss their professional and personal development plans.

社交 Socials

通过主题性引导式社交聚会结识更多行业精英女性和导师，深层次交流不止步于一次性的活动。

Connect with more empowering females and mentors with different professional backgrounds through our themed socials. A solid relationship will be built from in-depth conversations.
