“你得放下以往的伤痛，才能不断前进。而生活每天都有奇迹发生。”电影《阿甘正传》这样说到。期望改变是为了更好的生活，而生活也并不会亏待努力寻找的人。只有当目标在不停的更迭，我们才能拥有发现奇迹的眼睛。只到当机遇擦肩而过时及时抓住，才能将其变为所有。我们一同顺“视”而为！

‘You have to let go of what hurt you and move forward, because miracle happens everyday.’ - Forrest Gump. To live better we need to make changes, and life will favour those who are diligent. Only when goals are achieved one by one, can we grow deeper insight of seeing miracles. Only when we seize opportunities before they slip away, can we make them into possibilities and our own.

中高层管理者往往是企业里的最能实干的中间力量，说他们撑起了内部发展的一半天也绝不为过。可除了应付日常的挑战之外，她们也面临着职途晋升的选择。都说女性有着不可避免的职场天花板，而这天花板又是谁设立的？是进是退，如何打破？

Middle level managers are often the most capable forces in the business which support the whole operation. In addition to meeting their daily challenges, they also face the choice of going up in the career ladder. Everyone talks about the inevitable ceiling for women at the workplace, but who set it up? Should we be tepping in or backing out, and how should we break it?

“无意识偏见”，特别是由性别产生的，在职场中不可避免的存在。如何有意识的觉知并打破它，时刻影响着职场内外的决定。男性盟友是女性领导力发展进程中不可缺失的元素，他们的对话加入能够帮助女性更全面解读多元化的包容性职场环境。女性支持女性，是为了更好的共同发展。这一路上，我们需要很多盟友，并肩前行。

Unconscious biases, especially resulting from gender differences, are inevitably existing at today's workplace. How to build awareness of it and counsciously avoid it can shape decisions in and outside the workplace. Male allies play an important role in the development of female leadership. Join the conversation and understand how to create a more inclusive and diverse workplace from their angle. Women support women for a better mutual advancement. We are all in this together with a strong allyship behind. 

身体不会说谎，它时刻呈现着我们每一个状态。而情绪与大脑所连接，支配着我们的身体做出及时的反应。对话身体与情绪，倾听从内发出的声音。在拼搏的过程中，不忘了自我关爱和建立一个积极的身心应对机制。

Our bodies don't lie. It reflects how we are at different status. Emotions connect closely with the brain, and controls how our bodies react with different situations. Let's talk about body and emotion, listening the voice from within. This is about self-care, body positivity and mental health.

第二天同样精彩，我们将聚焦实战策略。关键词：思维、格局、行动力和女性。

Day 2 will be focusing on practical strategies. Key words: mindset, vision, action and women. 

当性别不再是学科和行业的阻碍，我们比拼的就是热情和专业。程序“媛”；“女博士”，拿掉滤镜后，能够定义她们的只有实力。而这样的她们，实在很性感！ 

When gender is no longer an obstacle in choices of subject or industry, what we are really competing is the passion and professionalism. Female engineers, female doctors, let's take off the gender bias filter, what defines them is their capability only. Women in STEM are sexy! 

她们的头衔是创始人，更是女性创始人。性别在创业过程中是优势还是劣势？是被理性化增值还是不必要强调？5位来自不同行业的女性创始人和你分享，既已选择，无怨孤独。

Their titles are 'founders', and also 'female founders'. Did gender become the advantage or disadvantage when start a business? Is it a value added element or is it addressed unnecessarily? Is it rationalized or unnecessarily emphasized? Five female founders from different industries share with you their stories.

为配合防疫要求，活动当天SheLeads将严格按照成都市有关部门要求在现场开展防疫工作，感谢您的理解与配合：

In order to meet all requirements of pandemic prevention, SheLeads will carry out Covid19 restrictions in accordance with the policies by relevant authorities in Chengdu. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation in advance:

请在报名前确认本人现持有的健康码是否为绿码。在活动当天签到时，请自觉佩戴口罩并出示绿色健康码，主动配合现场工作人员进行健康检查和相关登记；

活动中，如有任何不适请及时告知工作人员寻求帮助；疫情期间请注意防疫及自身安全。如有变动，我们将视疫情情况第一时间更新活动消息。
