Scrum.org is focused on Professional Scrum in everything we do.
2）Scrum.org has created these Professional Scrum Competencies to help guide an individual’s personal development with Scrum. The flow chart will help you better understand how our Professional Scrum Training courses map to the different Competencies and Focus Areas.
Each Scrum.org course, certification assessment test and broader learning journey is based on a validated and proven competency model. Each competency has a set of Focus Areas that are used to drive an individual's learning, Scrum.org course material creation and assessment questions. View the competencies.
3）If you want to demonstrate your knowledge and understanding of the Scrum framework and how it is applied, Scrum.org certifications are a great way to do so. All of our certification tests embody the principles of Professional Scrum while providing a way for you to assess your current abilities and identify areas for improvement. Scrum.org has certifications covering topics that range from the fundamentals of Scrum, Scrum accountabilities, and topics beyond the Scrum framework - practices that complement Professional Scrum.
