"Creating the World, Sailing to the Future" - 2022 Hangzhou Innovation & Entrepreneurship Competition for Overseas Talents (IECHZ) is hosted by the Hangzhou Municipal Committee of the Communist Party of China and the Hangzhou Municipal People's Government, and undertaken by te Talent Office of the Hangzhou Municipal Committee of the Communist Party of China, the Hangzhou Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau, and the Hangzhou Municipal Science and Technology Bureau. The competition has been successfully held for seven sessions since 2015, and more than 7,500 projects from more than 20 countries and regions around the world have been collected to participate. More than 164 projects have officially registered enterprises in Hangzhou, with a registered capital of 1.15 billion yuan. Among them, there are many excellent companies that are rapidly developing and growing as quasi-unicorns.

The 2022 IECHZ Competition is launched at the end of June, and it's calling for innovators and entrepreneurs all over the world. With a total of 150 winning seats, a total prize pool of over 10 million yuan is waiting for the global contestants, and a wealth of support policies for landing projects. “创客天下·杭向未来 - 杭州市海外高层次人才创新创业大赛”由中共杭州市委、杭州市人民政府主办，中共杭州市委人才办、杭州市人力资源和社会保障局、杭州市科学技术局承办。大赛自2015年至今已成功举办七届，共征集到来自全球20余个国家和地区的超过7500个项目参赛，逾164个项目正式在杭注册企业正式在杭注册企业，注册资金11.5亿元，其中不乏迅速发展成长为准独角兽的优秀企业。
