Barrelhouse Blues Trio :

Taking you back to a simpler time, The barrelhouse blues Trio will let you imagine you were at Woodstock, in the flesh, with their nostalgic music and groovy attire. Made up of Johnny Strugg on guitar & vocals Norman Manríquez on bass and Nico mege on drums, this dynamic trio  will take you through an array of tunes that are sure to get you singing and dancing all night long. 

Johnny /Guitar & Vocal

约翰尼是个热情的吉他手/歌手，深受吉米·亨德里克斯等玩家的影响，史蒂维·雷·沃恩、埃里克·克莱普顿和其他许多人吉他英雄。他演奏的每一个音符都充满了灵魂和对音乐的热爱六根弦。来自一个充满活力的家庭音乐家遍布世界各地，他做出了自己的贡献中国之路期待着分享他对中国的爱与其他演奏者一起演奏艺术和音乐。

Johnny is a passionate guitar player/singer,highly influenced by players like Jimi hendrix,

Stevie Ray Vaughan, Eric clapton and many other guitar heroes.

Every note he plays is filled with soul and love for the six strings. Coming from a family full of musicians spread all over the world, he made his way to china looking forward to share his love for the arts and music with other players.

Norman /Bass & Vocal

Chef by profession, but a musician at heart: Norman discovered his passion for music at a very young age during the 90ies in the south of Chile, as there was a rehearsal room behind his parents’ house, where he spend a major part of his time listening to different metal bands. During his teenage years, when he attended a catholic boys’high-school, a place where “punk music and god’s love abounded”, he got into his first punk band. Afterwards he participated in different kinds of bands with rhythms like Heavy, Thrash, Grunge,Reggae, … until he went to live in Germany, where he also was part of different band projects. Now fate brought him to distant China

Norman的职业是厨师，但却有着一颗热爱音乐的心。他生长在智利南部，很小的时候大就发现了自己对音乐的热情。由于他父母家后面有一个排练室，所以他可以听到各种金属乐队的演奏。在他十几岁的时候，他进入了一所天主教男子高中，那是一个“朋克音乐和上帝的爱无处不在”的地方，在这里他组建了人生中第一个朋克乐队。之后，他加入了不同类型的乐队，如重型摇滚，激流金属，垃圾摇滚，雷鬼……后来他去了德国生活，依然作为乐手为各种乐队演奏，现在命运把他带到遥远的中国。

鼓手 Kris 

Kris formerly Christian J. Ruiz is a American born Puerto Rican raised in New York City. He started his life in music at the young age of five playing congas at the church he was attending at time. From there he dabbled in many other musical things like: singing, beat box, drum kit, congas, bongos, cajon, etc.

Kris is also an educator, and started teaching in high school where he was a participant in an organization called Global Kids. After this he worked and facilitated with many organizations like: Global Potential, The JUMP Foundation, IMAGINE, just to name a few. Now Kris works with The Toning Drum Company as a facilitator and curriculum designer for its Early Music Makers (EMM) program. An exciting program teaching kindergarten kids to play percussion in and fun and creative way!

Besides having a long record of teaching Kris has also performed in many places internationally. He spends his free time now gigging with his bands. A very versatile musician he plays a long list of .
