    8th International Conference on Ocean Engineering 
    —Safety assurance of cross-sea bridge and Offshore wind power 
    1、会议背景 Background 
    为推进海洋强国建设,实施“科技兴海”战略,由宁波大学、 浙江大学建筑工程学院联合主办的第八届国际海洋工程会议- 跨海大桥安全保障与海洋风电将于 2021 年 9 月 3 日-5 日在浙 江·宁波召开。 本次会议聚焦跨海大桥安全保障与海洋风电,将邀请众多海 洋领域资深院士、专家、学者和技术人员共聚以期探讨海洋工程 技术发展的最新进展,充分发挥以科技创新促进产业发展、以产业发展支持科技创新的正反馈效应,从而推动我国海洋工程产业的全面发展。 
    In order to promote the maritime power construction and implement the strategy of "A program for Marine Development by Reliance on Science and Technology", The 8th International Conference on Ocean Engineering-Safety assurance of cross-sea bridge and Offshore wind power, which is hosted by Ningbo University (NBU) and College of Civil Engineering and Architecture, Zhejiang University (CCEA of ZJU), will 
    be held in Ningbo on September 3 to 5, 2021. 
    This conference focuses on the Safety assurance of cross-sea bridges and Offshore wind power. We plan to invite senior academicians, experts, scholars and technicians in the marine field to gather in Ningbo to discuss the latest progress in the development of marine engineering technology and give full play to the positive feedback effect of promoting industrial development with technological innovation and supporting technological innovation with industrial development to promote the overall development of the marine engineering industry.

    执单发至大会专用邮箱。 
    In order to ensure the successful convening of the meeting during 
    the epidemic prevention and control period, this conference controls the 
    participants number within 300 and no on-site registration. Please register 
    and pay as soon as possible. Participants are required to reserve a place 
    for the meeting with the payment voucher. Please send the receipt to the 
    special mailbox of the conference as soon as possible after completing the
