Lily will be hosting clubs all February long about Emotion Regulation, it's a psychological practice that will change your life. It involves understanding and, to a certain degree, controlling your emotions to your advantage. In this club, we'll use the model based on the habits of high-EQ people. The 4 Rs: Realise, Recognise, Refine, Regulate.
Lily, a practising psychotherapist, has a wealth of experience with emotion regulation and she'll be your guide in this club.
So what does each of those Rs really mean? And what does it look like when you employ them in dealing with challenges, seemingly insurmountable odds, rejection, and the big F... Failure? Let's not just talk about it, let's practise it. Let's use real situations and feel real emotions. Let's look at case studies and real data and understand the science behind it.
