Welcome new friends to join our newbie training and start your wonderful experience of the Ultimate. Our newbie training usually lasts about 3 hours. 基础训练Training: Footwork, move, catch, cutter skills
Each time we teach and practice one skill in detail, such as throwing, running or D/O skills. Suitable for【N】Newbie level, played less than 5 times and want to play this sport seriously.
每次详细讲解一种传接，跑位或防守的技术要领，并配有相应的战术训练。适合【N】新手水平，适合想要好好打比赛，盘龄<>1) Gain a comprehensive knowledge of the rules.
2) Make safe plays.
3) Listen and trust your opponent, try to take on board their point of view and don’t instantly think they might be cheating.
4) Keep a positive attitude when communicating with others.
5) Teach new or younger players to do the same as you would.
6) Play to win, but play to win fairly.

🧤 如有飞盘手套请携带，或者其他轻薄防滑手套Now we have several times frisbee events a week, like newbie training in the weekend, and different training content/drills for different levels players in other time, which is fixed within the week and repeated every month. Please choose the activity according to your level.
