A Small Review

Action speaks louder than words. I truly believe that. However, words are more powerful than we often think.

Sometimes, we love our kids, parents, and partners, and we try to express our love and care.

But it seems that we encounter these situations all too often:

Why do I always feel frustrated when my kid never listens to me?
Why don't my subordinates actively express their thoughts during meetings?
Why do my partner and I constantly argue over small things?
Why is it so hard for people to understand my feelings?
...

Nonviolent Communication

We love, but perhaps we are using the wrong words to show it. Instead of practicing nonviolent communication, we resort to comparisons, manipulation, complaints, and blame.

In this session, I hope we can explore and adopt better guidelines for rebuilding our love languages.

Let's be clear, though: Nonviolent communication is not a manipulative tool to influence others. It is a means to identify hurtful ways of expression and provide us with correct methods to convey our needs and feelings.

You are welcome to bring your stories and join the virtual discussion on July 30th.
