Coffee is the one accompanying us through the long long journey, from finals to job hunting, to stressful early morning get-ups. 

To me, life relies on coffee.

But you know there is much more about coffee than just a refresher. 

Each sip of coffee has a long story to tell, from the origin of its beans, how it being brewed, how long it being grounded and how it being put into the liquid that you are drinking. Coffee has too much to offer, its flavours, aromas, and types of acids...you name it.

Lingering in the coffee aroma, Beijing Foodies presents you the Coffee Tasting Fun with Jerry being the barista, to give you the one and only coffee tasting experience in Beijing, stretching your coffee vocabulary and increasing your coffee knowledge. 

Jerry, an Oxford drop-out, a Le Cordon Bleu (London) graduate, a coffee barista, and a Michelin Chef, who happens to be one of the most popular stand-up comedians in Beijing, will guide you through the fun, relaxing and meaningful coffee cupping fun afternoon.

Born into an elite family, Jerry split his childhood growing up in Seoul, Dalian, Wuhan, Oxford and London. 

He decided to drop out of Oxford University to pursue his childhood dream, cooking, and continued his education at Le Cordon Bleu (London).

While working as Michelin Chef in Beijing, Jerry picked up his another childhood dream: stand-up comedy.

Licensed by SCA, Jerry now works as a coffee barista and stand-up comedian in Beijing.

And he will wait for your arrival at Rechill on July 18th, Sunday, to navigate you through the intriguing coffee world.
