The 150th Session of English Salon of Riverside English Society

Put on your seatbelt first, turn the engine on, push the clutch pedal (the pedal on the left) down, move the gear stick into first gear and use your right foot to lightly press down on the accelerator, increasing engine revs slightly.

Have you ever considered how to describe your first exciting driving? And have you tried to tell your friends about the feeling of flying in the sky when you hold the wheel? Or an embarrassing failure in a parking lot? The session continually focuses on improving our English-spoken skills in a real scenario and invites you to narrate your experience in driving in English. You are expected to show your taste to select a luxury car, your knowledge of the mechanical principle of the car engine, and your fantastic driving skill in emergency and extreme condition.  

Considering the abundance of terminologies in the mechanical field, we strongly advised speakers to make complete preparation in vocabulary.
