春天里睡个好觉,就是春困?非也。
如果自己睡的时间比平常更多,甚至嗜睡,但仍然感到心身疲倦乏力,这其实是人体应对季节转化而自然做出的反应。此乃所谓的“春困”。
可以帮助自己尽快调整身体节律的方法是——提高睡眠质量(而不是睡眠时间足够多),然后早睡早起,多去户外踏青运动。
Sleep well in spring... means spring fatigue? Not really. If one sleeps more than usual, even drowsy, but still feels mentally and physically tired, this is actually a natural response of the human body to seasonal changes. The method that can help adjust the body and mind as soon as possible is to improve the quality of sleep (rather than having longer sleep), get to bed and wake up early, and go for outdoor activities.

穿上让自己感到舒适的衣物,避免带纽扣的衣物、裙子或超短裙/裤,不佩戴过多的饰物;虽然场地提供轻便的小毯子,变频空调冷/暖气和冷热饮品/茶点,有需要的小伙伴请自带保暖的衣物以确保静坐时不受影响;如身体有特殊状况,请提前告知。
Please put on clothes that make yourself comfortable, but avoid button-down clothing, skirts or miniskirts/pants, and no excessive accessories. While we provide light blankets, cool/warm air-conditioning and cold/hot drink/refreshments, please feel free to bring clothes to keep yourself warm while sitting sitll. Please advise any special physical condition in advance.
