About Donnie Fan

Donnie Fan, screenwriter & director, began stand-up comedy in 2020 coming out of the pandemic. He quickly rose to the top of Beijing’s scene before beginning a successful tour around the mainland and reaching heights to have his special filmed for an ever-longing delayed project with IQinternational. Donnie has been featured on Joe Wong’s podcast, and was a main feature on CGTN’s spring festival show in 2023. 2024 saw Donnie’s success feature a worldwide headlining tour through southeast Asia and North America, with Donnie’s headline being represented in SECOND CITY TORONTO’s Anniversary weekend and made a huge splash performing with KILLYTONY regular Hans Kim at Westside Comedy Club. With Gary Gulman’s stamp of approval, Donnie Fan has returned to the mainland to continue infection chinese and expat audience alike!
