侨福芳草地携手 lululemon，邀请您与小朋友共度“泡泡的夏天”，在傍晚的户外下沉草坪广场体验一场沉浸式亲子瑜伽。

Together with lululemon, Parkview Green FangcaoDi invites you to join the Family Yoga, and spend an immersive "Bubbly Summer" at the outdoor Lawn Space in the late afternoon.

报名须知：

本场活动每组家庭限一位成人携一位4至10岁的儿童共同参与。
请您穿着舒适的运动服饰（带有蓝色元素更佳），并自备毛巾。
请家长充分考虑小朋友的状态，并全程照看好您的小朋友。
活动场地位于户外草坪，请您根据自身情况采取防晒、防蚊措施。

Kind Reminder

For each family, only one adult and one child, age from 4 to 10 years old, are allowed to participate.
Please wear comfortable sportswear (preferably with blue elements), and bring your own towels.
Please pay attention to your child's state and take care of your child throughout the whole process.
It is an outdoor activity, so please take measures like sunscreen and mosquito repellant as required.

惬意清凉的蓝色中，跟随专业瑜伽老师的指导，将盛夏的活力注入每一次专注的呼吸和动作。体式舒展，呼吸律动，感受身体、自然与情感的共鸣，有趣又能锻炼身体。

In the refreshing and cool blue evening, injecting the summer vitality into each focused breath and movement. Stretch your muscles, breath rhythmically, feel the resonance of body, nature, and emotion. It is enjoyable and beneficial.
