Spring is right around the corner and everyone is looking forward to the usual hot season of job hunting. With the gradual relaxation of travel policies in China, it seems that this job hunting season can be "hotter" than ever. However, a series of layoffs by major companies in the Silicon Valley has indeed cast a shadow over the  job market in the tech industry.  Many people working in the industry have started to reconsider their career choices

今年妇女节之际，我们有幸请到了2位成功转型的职场女性嘉宾参与下午茶歇，来分享他们的转型之路，并对于“女性群体如何在这一经济下行，就业收紧时期迎接挑战，找到新机遇” 展开圆桌讨论，和大家一起聊聊职业转型的那点事儿。

For this year's International Women's Day celebration, Ladies Who Tech Shanghai invited two role models who made a successful career transition to join us for an afternoon tea roundtable, exclusively sharing their own career transformation experience, and  providing insights and suggestions to those of us who are on the same path.
