Masami 优美
优美是一位拥有20多年经验的日语教师。她曾在日本、英国、奥地利、荷兰以及最近在中国的语言学院、教育中心、中学、小学以及私人学校任教。
正美从年轻时就开始按照Urasenke流派练习茶道，同时还学习书法、插花和和服技术，这些都是茶道的基本技能。

The name 抹茶Matcha has become very popular as a flavour of beverages or sweets. But have you ever tried real a bowl of Matcha tea? Made with very tip of young tea leaves, its fragrance and mildly bitter but intense taste of real Matcha flavour will certainly surprise you with pleasure.
茶道the way of Tea is not only drinking tea. The way of Tea is the way of life, aiming for the 和敬清寂, Harmony, Respect, Purity, Tranquillity. It is the Art of living, which is deeply linked to 禅Zen.
In this workshop, you will see how a bowl of Matcha tea are served in a ceremonial way. After that you will have a go to whisk Matcha tea yourself.

Masami優美
Masami is a Japanese language teacher with more than 20 years of experience. She has taught in language institutes, education centres, high schools, primary schools as well as privately in Japan, UK, Austria, Netherlands and recently in China.
Masami has practiced the way of Tea following the Urasenke school since her youth, along with calligraphy, flower arrangement and kimono technique which are essential skills of the way of tea.
