We challenge you to create ideas, and solutions to digitalize either industry or all of them. Your ideas can make a powerful difference! The best idea and pitch will win our 3-5000 RMB prize.

我们将挑战创新的想法，以及此行业和相关行业的数字化解决方案。你的想法将会产生很大的不同！最好的项目将会赢得人民币3000-5000元的奖励。

You will also learn about the Global Call for Code challenge that takes on climate change. Use the latest hyper cloud and AI technologies from IBM to make a difference. You can win $200,000 and see your solution deployed in the real world to help real people.
你还将会了解到全球“代码行动”挑战赛中气候变化相关的内容。应用IBM最新的Hyper Cloud和AI技术去创造不同。你会赢得20万美金以及，见证你的方案去改变人类的真实世界。

Who Can PARTICIPATE?

Everyone is welcome to join! Great ideas stem from discussions, and we believe the best discussions start by talking to someone whose background or experiences might differ from your own. With this in mind, we invite all startups, developers, entrepreneurs/ideators, and designers who are passionate about creating to join regardless of experience level. If you're under 18 we ask that you bring along a parent or guardian with you and written approval from your parents.

China Track - Digitalize NingXia - The winning team of the local Beijing competition will win a minimum of 3,000 RMB. If the team has the highest judge score out of 3 cities in China the team will win 5,000 RMB.

中国赛道 - 数字化宁夏 - 北京本地比赛的获胜者将获得最少3000元人民币的奖金。如果该队的得分在中国3个城市中最高，该队将获得5000元人民币的奖金。

Global Track - Tackle Climate Change - Participants who go for the Call for Code Global Challenge can win 200,000 USD.

All participants will win fame, and receive a certificate for attending and creating an impact.

RULES

1. Ownership and IP - You own your IP and whatever you create. Simple as that.

2. Team Size - No more than five people.

3. Submissions - Project must be submitted to the organizer committee by 4:30 PM

4. Pitching - You'll have 2 minutes to pitch your idea, and 1 minute for Q&A from judges. You can pitch in either Chinese or English.

5. Be nice to your fellow creators and ideators! Treat others like you want to be treated.

1. 所有权和IP - 针对你提出的解决方案你将拥有你的IP所有权。

2. 团队规模 - 不超过5人。

3. 参赛方案 - 须于下午4:30前提交至组委会。

4. 方案演示 - 你将有2分钟的时间阐述你的想法，1分钟回答来自评委的问题。你可以用中文或英文交流。

5. 善待你的合作者和创造者!你希望别人怎么对待你，你就怎么对待别人。

JUDGING

How is this competition judged?

Each submission will be scored in each round based on the following criteria with a minimum score of 0 and a maximum score of 2 points, with the final score being the average of the judges' scores:

● Fundability: How fundable is this idea? Is there potential for a sustainable business model? Is this scalable? (0-5 points)

● Execution & Pitch: How well was the project executed and presented? (0-5 points)

● Originality: How original, creative or unique is the idea? Is there a competitive advantage? (0-5 points)

● Team: Is there a diverse team presented? Do they have a range of complementary skillsets for the project? (0-5 points)

评审

比赛如何评审？

每轮提交的材料将根据以下标准进行评分，最低分为0分，最高分为20分，最终得分为所有评委给分的平均值：

● 可资助性：想法的可资助性有多大？有没有可持续的商业模型？解决方案的扩展性怎么样？（0-5分）

● 执行性：团队执行解释问题是否到位？现场演示是否展示了可行解决方案？（0-5分）

● 原创性：想法的原创、创意、独特程度？（0-5分）

● 团队：团队成员是否具有多元化？相互的技能是否互补？（0-5分）
