This round of epidemic has made people feel unfamiliar with this once-familiar city. When to do nucleic acid test? Can I still get food tomorrow? Will I be fired? Life has been crushed by impermanence, and anxiety and high pressure have become normal.

This time of the pandemic is terrible, but it's also our precious time.

In addition to passive waiting and anxiety and helplessness, what else can we do to support this broken life and restore physical and mental order?

M Studio will invite two heavyweight guests - psychological consultants David Ammerschlaeger & Chen Ying to conduct a deep conversation to regain our inner strength. How can humanism and existentialism in psychotherapy help improve our mental health and wellbeing during the pandemic?

In this dialogue, the teachers will start from the humanistic psychotherapy and discuss how existential psychology can help alleviate the pains of people trapped by the current epidemic, including anxiety, sadness, lack of vitality, etc.
