China Digital Entertainment Expo & Conference (ChinaJoy) is a comprehensive international digital entertainment industry event co-directed by the National Press and Publication Administration and Shanghai Municipal People's Government, organized by China Audio-video and Digital Publishing Association and Howell International Trade Fair Ltd. and co-organized by the Administration of Press and Publication of Shanghai Municipality and the People's Government of Pudong District.

As one of the most well-known and influential annual events in the global digital entertainment field, ChinaJoy has launched online/offline joint growth strategy and upgraded its services. ChinaJoy will links its online brand with the offline one to offer exhibitors product promotion services in an all-round and multi-dimensional manner, while comprehensively showing the exhibition.

How to collect Pass you bought online:

1. Passport is required to enter ChinaJoy. Please bring your passport, otherwise you are not allowed to enter the show.

2. Please collect the Passes you bought online at Service Desk of Huodongxing in Hall N1 or on 2nd floor of Kerry Hotel Pudong with your Pass purchase QR Code. The QR Code can be found at Huodongxing APP/Applet/SMS/email. The staff will verify your code and hand out the passes.

*The pass can only be used by the person whose passport is bound with it. Please be kindly informed and keep the pass properly. 

*By purchasing passes, it means that you accept and agree with the pass collection process made by organizer. Thank you for your support!

*The pass is not refundable. Please kindly be noted.
