罗坑大草原，位于韶关，绿草成荫，四面青山环绕，湖光山色相映。蓝天白云，草绿水青，是大自然给这里涂上的主色调。

Luokeng Grassland, located in Shaoguan, is covered with green grass, we can enjoy a good view of the lake and the surrounding hills here. Blue sky and white clouds, green grass and clean water are the main colors painted here by nature.

这里有个露营基地，不用去内蒙古，我们也可以在这里体验草原轻奢露营。

There is a camping base here, we don't need to go to Inner Mongolia, we can also experience grassland glamping here.

晚上再搞个篝火晚会，大家围着篝火唱歌跳舞，将会是极致体验！

In the evening, we can have a bonfire party. Everyone sing and dance around the bonfire. It will be the ultimate experience!

在罗坑大草原边上，有一个神秘的大溶洞。里面有钟乳石、石笋、石柱，弯曲的河流。带上头灯，让我们一起进去探个究竟！

On the edge of the Luokeng Grassland, there is a mysterious cave. There are stalactites, stalagmites, stone pillars, and crooked rivers. Bring your headlamp, let's go in and find out!

猴寨溪谷，是一个溯溪的好地方。这里的水如同玻璃般清澈透底，被称为玻璃水。

Houzhai Valley is a good place to go river tracing. The water here is as clear as glass, which is called glassy water.

猴寨的水潭子一个接着一个，溯溪而上可以欣赏到不同风格的水潭子，可不停地玩水，或立于石岩跳水，或半潜于潭中，均乐趣多多。

The pools are one after another, you can enjoy different styles of pools by going up the stream. You can soak in the water or stand on the rocks and jump into the water, of which are a lot of fun.

路线概况：全程大概5公里，一开始是山路，后面是有大大小小石头的溪谷石头路，难度2星，适合体力好，有一定户外经验的人参加。

Route outline: this river tracing route is about 5km long, at the beginning is mountain path, followed by a valley rock path with large and small rocks. The difficulty is 2 stars out of 5, it is suitable for people  who have good physical strength and have certain outdoor experience.

【行程安排】

Day 1

08:00 广州塔地铁站A出口集合出发，领队介绍行程，队员们自我介绍认识新朋友 

11:30 到达罗坑镇，找个餐厅吃饭，费用AA，预计人均50元

13:30 到达营地，安营扎寨，然后徒步前往大岩洞探秘，记得自带头灯或者手电筒

16:00 返回营地，自由游玩，拍照，放风筝等

17:00 开始准备烧烤晚餐，大家分工合作，洗菜，烧烤

20:00 草原狂欢开始，篝火搞起来，歌唱起来，舞跳起来！

22:00 考虑到农村休息早，为了不影响别人休息我们晚上10点结束晚会。大家可以在草原溪边漫步而行，吹着晚风，听着虫鸣，抬头看看星星

23:00 入夜安睡

DAY2

07:00 起床洗漱，收拾行李

07:30 一起吃早餐，然后大家在商店自行购买中午的午餐干粮，之后上车前往猴寨

09:00 到达徒步起点，上卫生间，然后开始溯溪，泡潭子，游泳，跳水。石头滑，要求穿溯溪鞋

11:30 午餐时间，互相分享美食

14:00 收拾好东西开始返回，记得带走垃圾

18:30 回到广州

请注意，第二天如果天气不合适溯溪，我们会改为爬附近的茶岩顶或者去茶园采茶

【装备要求】

两套替换衣服，溯溪鞋、双肩背包、个人洗漱用品、太阳帽、防晒霜、泳衣、游泳圈、防水袋、毛巾、头灯或者手电筒、充电宝等

【食品和水】

食品：面包、八宝粥、牛肉干、水果、榨菜、士力架巧克力等零食(自己喜欢吃什么就带什么即可)

水：2L（根据个人喝水量增减）

【活动费用】

818元/人

包含：包车费，帐篷租赁费（配有地毯，充气垫，枕头，被子），第一天下午茶，晚餐烧烤费用，篝火费用（20人以上及天气合适才安排），荧光棒等费用，第二天早餐，领队服务费，保险费用。如果自己买保险请特别说明。如因不可抗力因素导致活动取消，则全额退款。

备注：

1、帐篷是两人一顶，如需单人单帐的补150元

2、不想住帐篷的也可以改为住民宿，请报名的时候说明
