Love is fascinating and complex. Romantic love, in particular, seems to be a beautiful mystery we find hard to explain.

What kind of love are you picturing in the rest of your life? 

Will it evolve over time, typically from romantic love to companionate love? 

There are simple answers, and more complex ones. Sometimes the simplest answers are the most important and valuable, but the execution, and the way to really "make" it, is another story. 

Love is ever changing and evolving, and like a tree has it's own needs to bear fruits of happiness, pleasure, fulfillment and passion.

We invited a senior British psychological therapist to share the secrets of quality love and long-lasting relationship.
